I want to express my thanks to Alex in
the parts department. I was in a few weeks ago with a question on
installing my stick shift knob. Alex came out to my car, saw the
problem, and took care of it for me. I followed up with a question about
my front passenger side running light and upon checking discovered you
had one in stock (normally not the case for my 1998 Z3). After I
purchased that part, he simply said he would take care of it for me
while I paid for it. I want to say Alex went way out of his way to
provide me with a wonderful customer experience. In my do-it-yourself
repairs, I've been purchasing most of my parts online. Because of Alex's
efforts to help me, I plan to make all my future purchases at Dreyer
