Trading in my mini for a new mini was a relatively painless process. I felt like the employees were genuinely helpful and were not trying to swindle us. Had my annual maintenance and service done here in November. about a month later my check engine light came on. I called to make an appointment to have it diagnosed. When taking the car in, my niece noticed an odor and checked under the hood. Oil everywhere. She told the service advisor, Dean. They checked everything out and determined that an error had occurred during the oil change. A worn gasket/o-ring wasn't noticed and replaced. I had the best experience with my most recent mini purchase. I have had a mini since 2017 and I had 157,000 + miles on her and it was time to consider getting a different car.
